Sometime, I just think too much. Simple as that. Ever have problem sleeping at night? I had these problems once in a while. Why? The reason is staright forward as 'applications' are still running. These applications known as programs, in proper language means our thoughts. So the thoughts run wild and I can't stop them. Try stopping them and the result is more deeper thoughts. For example, I will fret about the sufficiency of what I have memorised for the exam during that period. It has become worse as the years go by and I become afraid of them. Consequential of such behaviours would be unable to sleep = insomnia and after effect - lerthagy when you wake up in the morning. So what is recommended to have a healthy lifestyle? More sleeping hours which is definitely. But how seems to be the question!
Keeping in mind that my thoughts totally shut down when I am mentally and physically tired. Mentally is about the thoughts aspects when you can't entertain any further. Physically means the tiredness when you feel after a jog, eg. soreness on the legs. Do I have to achieve these in order to have a good rest? I am still searching for one. Some people resort to use sleeping pill to dose off. It is not advisable as this will harm the body after multiple usage. Circumstances change when one is in a surgery room and it will be complicated to operate on the person.
My purpose of this post is to remind myself that one of the important aspect of life is a good sleep. Without them, u can see me all worked up and short temper. My solution to ease myself is to listen to heavy rock song in the morning. This is definitely not advisable. Otherwise, I would still be tired after the sleep. Ironic right. When you have the desire to slp, u get none. When u are wide awake, u dun have any drowsiness. Wow... to conclude I tell myself relax and all systems will do an automatically shutdown and not overrun programs on a limited ram....
